Romsemary, which grows wild around the Mediterranean coast, means "dews of the sea." PureSpice rosemary grows in France or Spain, depending on the quality of the crop for that year.
We require rosemary to have a lovely, pungent, bittersweet flavor anda delicious piney fragrance. Rosemary leaves are a little leathery and are best finely chopped for culinary use or else sprinkled on meats before grilling or roasting over coals when barbecuing. |
