PEPPERCORN, WHITE PEPPERED CHICKEN STIR-FRY Inspired By: Peppered Chicken Stir-Fry from “The Complete Low-Fat cookbook” Ingredients: 1 Tbsp oil 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into strips 2 ½ tsp. PureSpice ® White peppercorns 1 onion, cut into wedges 1 red pepper, cut into strips 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 3. Heat a wok or large frying over high heat, add the oil and swirl to coat. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the peppercorns, and stir-fry. Add the onion and pepper and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until vegetables have softened. Reduce the heat and stir in the oyster sauce, soy and sugar. Serve hot with steamed rice.
