SMOKED SALMON AND WASABI CHEESE BITES

Ingredients:

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/8 tsp PureSpice ® WASABI powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sour cream
4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
Cucumber slices

1. Mix cream cheese with WASABI powder, lemon juice, and sour cream.
2. Taste and adjust seasonings. Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto smoked salmon slices, cut in rectangles. Roll up and slice into 3/4 -inch rounds. Place each round on a peeled cucumber slice, and if desired, garnish top with salmon caviar.
