Ingredients:
4 ½ lb beef chuck 1 soup bone PureSpice ® Soup greens PureSpice ® Salt 1 gal water
1. Start beef, bones, Soup greens and salt in cold water and simmer for approximately 4 hours. Remove foam as it appears on the surface and, to replace water lost by evaporation, add a cup of cold water about every half-hour. When done, strain. To serve cold, skim off fat first.
