| Dad’s Sesame Chicken Wings |

Ingredients: - 20 Chicken wings (about 4 pounds) - 2 tb Margarine - melted - 1 1/2 c Bisquick baking-mix - 1/2 cup PureSpice ® Sesame seeds - 2 ts PUreSpice ® Spanish Paprika - 1 1/2 ts PureSpice ® ground mustard - 1/2 ts PureSpice ® kosher Salt - 2 Eggs - 2 tb skim Milk - 1/4 c Margarine – melted
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425F. Separate chicken wings at joints; discard tips. Spread 1 tablespoon margarine in each of 2 13x9x2" pans. Beat eggs and milk with fork in the first bowl. 2. Mix bisquick, sesame seeds, paprika, mustard and salt in the second bowl. Soak chicken in egg mixture in first bowl; then coat chicken with sesame seed mixture in the second bowl. 3. Arrange close together in pans. Drizzle the margarine over chicken. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crisp. |

| TOFU SALAD WITH GINGER MISO DRESSING |

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce - 2 tsp. Soy bean oil - 2 cloves garlic - 1 tsp. PureSpice ® Ginger - 1 tsp. Chili paste - 1 lb firm tofu, cut into small pieces - 13 oz. Mesculin mix - 1 Cucumber, sliced - 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
DRESSING: - 2 tsp. White miso paste - 2 Tbsp. mirin - 1 tsp. Sesame oil - 1 tsp. PureSpice ® Ground ginger - 1 tsp. PureSpice ® Chives - 1 Tbsp. PureSpice ® SESAME SEEDS
6. Mix together the tamari, soybean oil, garlic, chilli paste and ½ tsp. Salt in bowl. Add the tofu and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade. 7. To make the dressing, combine the miso with ½ cup water and leave until the miso dissolves. Add the mirin, sesame oil, ginger, Chives and SESAME SEEDS and stir until it thickens. 8. Put the mesculin mix, cucumber and tomato in a serving bowl. 9. Heat the extra soy bean oil on a char grill or hotplate. Add the tofu and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, or until golden. Pour on the reserved marinade and cook for another minute on high. Cool for 5 minutes. 10. Add tofu to salad, drizzle with dressing and toss well.
