SAVORY EGGS AND CHILE CASSEROLE Inspired By: Eggs N Chile Casserole from www.cherchies.com Ingredients: 4 English Muffins, split 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 tsp. butter or margarine,softened 2 tsp. PureSpice ® SAVORY 2 Tbsp PureSpice ® dried red chilies 1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1-1/2 cups low fat sour cream 12 eggs, beaten 1. Spread each side of an English muffin with 1 teaspoon butter and put buttered side down in a lightly greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish). 2. Cook sausage until browned. Drain. Layer half of the sausage, Pretty Hot Peppers, cheese and SAVORY over English muffins. 3. Combine sour cream and eggs; pour over casserole. Top with remaining sausage, Pretty Hot Peppers, cheese, and SAVORY. 4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. 5.
