RAZ EL HANOUT REALLY WILD RICE SALAD MOROCCAN STYLE Permission for Recipe by Vanns Spices Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups cooked or drained canned chickpea ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons PureSpice ® RAZ EL HANOUT 2 tablespoons honey 4 cups (1 pound) cooked wild rice 1-1/4 pounds skinless-boneless chicken breast, poached and diced 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup sliced scallions, including green parts 1/3 cup toasted PureSpice ® pine nuts PureSpice ® Salt and black pepper to taste 1. Combine chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, RAZ EL HANOUT and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth. Combine wild rice, chicken, cranberries, scallions and pine nuts in a large bowl. 2. Pour on about two-thirds of dressing and blend. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until needed, adding more dressing if needed.
