PESTO SEASONING BAKED BRIE WITH PESTO AND PINE NUTS Inspired By: Baked Brie with Peso and Pine Nuts by McCormick. Ingredients: 1 8oz wheel Brie Cheese 1 Tbsp PureSpice ® PESTO SEASONING 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp PureSpice ® pine nuts ½ tsp PureSpice ® sesame seeds 1 clove garlic, smashed Black Pepper Whole Wheat Sesame Crackers 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Using a sharp knife, trim the rind off the wheel. Leave the sides and bottom in tact. Place cheese on an ovenproof pie plate. 2. Mix PESTO SEASONING with olive oil, pine nuts, sesame seeds and garlic. Spread mix over top of cheese wheel. Sprinkle with pepper. 3. Bake 10 minutes until Brie is warmed through. Serve immediately with sesame crackers. |
