Ingredients:
4 teaspoons PureSpice ® NY Steak and Hamburger Seasoning 2 teaspoons PureSpice ® Ground Mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 2 New York strip or rib eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1.Combine steak seasoning, ground mustard and balsamic vinegar to make a paste. Rub paste over both sides of steak. 2.Grill or broil over high heat until cooked…usually 5-7 minutes on each side.
