LEMON AND DILL TROUT
Ingredients:
2 Whole Trout (split down the back) 1 green pepper (sliced) 1 yellow pepper (sliced) 1 yellow onion (sliced) PureSpice ® LEMON AND DILL seasoning PureSpice ® Salt PureSpice ® Pepper Lemon Juice Olive Oil
1.Season with lemon dill, salt and pepper. 2.Sprinkle with lemon juice 3.Pour a little olive oil on a paper towel and lightly dab on fish 4.Place the sliced peppers and onions on top of fish. 5.Place in grilling basket and close tightly. 6.Place on hot grill for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and fish flakes easily.
