FINE HERBS FINE HERB OMLETTE Inspired By: Emeril Lagasse’s Omlette with Fine Herbs 3 large eggs 1/4 cup PureSpice ® fine herbs, chopped 1/2 teaspoon PureSpice ® salt 1/4 teaspoon PureSpice ® white pepper 2 tablespoons butter ¼ cup mixed cheeses, shredded ½ cup tomatoes, diced 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, fines herbs, salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly to mix ingredients well. 2. Add the butter to the pan and quickly pour the eggs into the pan. Use a wooden spoon to keep the eggs from sticking. 3. Add the tomatoes and cheese on top of the eggs. Using a spatula, fold the the omelet toward the center, and shake the pan till the edge closest to you is slightly draped over the ridge of the pan. Once cheese is totally melted, use large spatula to remove omelet and serve. |
