CAJUN CRAB SOUP Inspired By: Sammy Kershaw’s Cajun Crab Soup
Ingredients:
1 large onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup green onions (finely chopped) 1/2 cup butter 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 1/2 cups milk 2 cups half and half 1 tsp. PureSpice ® Cajun crab boil 1 lb. lump crabmeat 1 tbs. Hot Sauce PureSpice ® Salt and Pepper to taste
1.Sauté onion in butter for 15 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, half & half, crab boil, onion tops, Hot Sauce, and crabmeat. 2. Bring mixture to a boil then turn off heat. Soup will thicken as it cools. 3. Top with chopped green onions.
