ONION VADAM Inspired By: Recipe featured on www.Indiatastes.com Ingredients: 2 cups Rice Flour 4 green chilies ½ tsp PureSpice ® asafetida ½ tsp PureSpice ® salt 1 lemon 2 cups onions chopped 1. Bring water to boil and cook rice flour, stirring constantly. 2. Grind the green chilies, lemon juice, asafetida and salt. Add this to the cooked rice flour and knead well. Add equal amounts of chopped onions and mix well again 3. Form the mixture into small, uniform balls and place them on baking sheet. Put balls in oven for 25-25 minutes, or until crisp. 4. Keep in tight container if storing. Fry in oil on stovetop before serving. |
