ARROWROOT PUDDING Inspired By: ARROWROOT Pudding from The Green Chronicle
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp PureSpice ® ARROWROOT 1 ½ pint milk 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp PureSpice ® cinnamon sugar 1 heaping tsp butter pinch of PureSpice ® grated nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix the ARROWROOT to a smooth paste with a little milk. Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan and bring to boil. Pour the hot milk onto the ARROWROOT. Stir while adding the butter. 2.Pour into a well-buttered, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle grated nutmeg and cinnamon sugar over the pudding. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes at 350 F. 3.Top with rest of cinnamon sugar and serve.
