Our Pesto Seasoning is the best on the market. We use a very fresh basil and we use minced garlic rather than garlic powder. Ours also contains pine nuts. A cook can take this product, add cheese and oil and presto - pesto! Of course it certainly is not as good as making your own fresh Pesto from basil, but it is so much better than any other dried product that we are particularly proud of it.
It makes an especially good Pesto salad, and enables you to make a passable Pesto even when fresh basil is unavailable. |
