An interesting blend, and a particularly good choice for people on salt-free diets. The inspiration came from a similar blend popular with the Dupont Family, who primarily used it in seafood casseroles. I find it great in crab cakes and fish s oups, and a welcome addition to many dishes. Indeed, it is PureSpice version of Seasonal and a great salt substitute.
